Vigilant Introspection: A Discourse by Geshe Lhakdor-la

This is a part of the Foundation’s Trainings in Mindfulness programme. These trainings are a response to the search for balance, equanimity and abiding happiness in today’s fractured and frenetic world, based on established mind training techniques drawn from the Buddhist tradition.

Since 2007, Ven. Geshe Lhakdor has been leading discourses on mindfulness. The Foundation has a very close working relationship with him and requests his scholarship and insights to be shared with the people associated with the Foundation through its various programmes.

This year, Ven. Geshe Lhakdor conducted a discourse on the Vigilant Introspection: based on 5th Chapter of Shantideva’s Bodhisattva Way of Life, from Nov. 21-25, 2018 in Casuarina Hall, India Habitat Center, from 6:30 pm- 8:30 pm.

Attended by over 60 people daily during the five-day, this discourse, the Foundation hopes, may certainly inspire a lasting impact on the lives of those who attended and those that are interdependent on them.
