As part of His Holiness’ commitment to fostering inter-faith harmony, the Foundation is facilitating a series of virtual film screenings and discussions with the students and faculty of University for Peace, Costa Rica; MIT World Peace University, India; and University of Colombo, Sri Lanka. Some of the award-winning films include ‘Ahimsa Gandhi: The Power of the Powerless’; ‘Mission: Joy – The series started in July 2022, with His Holiness- and Desmond Tutu-centric ‘Mission Joy’ and went on to feature Ramesh Sharma’s ‘Ahimsa GANDHI: The Power of the Powerless’. Both screenings were supplemented by discussions with the students, all of whom participated actively.’.
