The Foundation collaborated with India Habitat Centre to conduct a four-day discourse on the 37 Practices of a Bodhisattva by a beloved teacher- Venerable Geshe Lhakdor-la from Jan 17-20, 2019 at Casuarina Hall, IHC.
The discourse text was written by Gyalsey Thogmey Zangpo (1295 – 1369) who was a great teacher. What makes him and this text all the more special is that the teacher here actually embodies his teaching. He was a bodhisattva himself, therefore the honorific title “Gyalsey” meaning “Bodhisattva”. As his teaching comes from his own experiences, it has a flavor of honesty and sincerity
The discourse was attended by over 80 people, who belonged to different age groups with more number of youth.
