March 6-10, 2020
This is a part of the Foundation’s Trainings in Mindfulness program. These trainings are a response to the search for balance, equanimity and abiding happiness in today’s fractured and frenetic world, based on established mind training techniques drawn from the Buddhist tradition.
Since 2007, Ven. Geshe Lhakdor has been leading discourses on mindfulness. The Foundation has a very close working relationship with him and requests his scholarship and insights to be shared with the people associated with the Foundation through its various programmes.
This year, Ven. Geshe Lhakdor conducted a discourse on the first chapter of the Precious Garland by Nagarjuna from March 6-10, 2020 in Casuarina Hall, India Habitat Center, from 6:30 pm- 8:30 pm.
