Mindfulness in Daily Life (Nov. 15-19, 2017)

This is a part of the Foundation’s Trainings in Mindfulness programme. These trainings are a response to the search for balance, equanimity and abiding happiness in today’s fractured and frenetic world, based on established mind training techniques drawn from the Buddhist tradition.

Since 2007, Ven. Geshe Lhakdor has been leading discourses on mindfulness. The Foundation has a very close working relationship with him and requests his scholarship and insights to be shared with the people associated with the Foundation through its various programmes. Ven. Geshe Lhakdor has been giving teachings and facilitating workshops through the events organized by the Foundation for many years.

This year, Ven. Geshe Lhakdor conducted a discourse on the Practice of Mindfulness in Daily Life based on the Satipaṭṭhāttana Sutta for five days (Nov. 15-19) from 7 pm to 8:30 pm.
