Preparing for Meditation. Patanjali has suggested Agitated or Dull Mind can not meditate. Breathing is the pre-requisite for Meditation. Having prepared through breath, attempt can be made to meditate. Meditation must be done from gross to subtle. The most acceptable meditation is Sun Meditation. Sun Meditation is best done through gestures.

Hence the steps are: 1. Use Breath, 2. Use gestures for inviting Sun, 3. Meditate with visualisation of Sun - Use Sound, 4. Stay quiet, 5. Use Breath again, 6. Thank the Sun, 7.End by praising Sun
